What will I get out of the workout plans?
It, of course, depends on your current body composition and fitness level, as well as the efforts you put into it. Skinny people will loose little fat or none at all and overweighted people will loose a lot. Weak people will gain a lot of muscles and strong people will gain less - it all depends on. However what you can expect is:
  • Your total amount of body fat will drop
  • You will gain muscles
  • Your metabolism will boost
  • Your cardiovascular  system will improve
  • Your stamina will improve
In short, you will become fitter than you are today.
Do I need any kind of special equipment to do the workouts?
- No! All you need is normal training cloth and a watch
- When advancing a pull-up bar is needed.
Can anyone do the workouts?
- Yes! The "Beginner level" can be done by anybody. The other three levels have some preconditions which you can read about on the "Calisthenics workout routine" site. Furthermore, all our exercises have different levels, so you start with the ones that fit you.
My time is limited. Will I have time for this?
- With the workout plans from FitsMe, you will get the highest flexibility and most efficient time utilisation. Our workouts can be done anytime and anywhere, so no time wasted on transport or waiting. Furthermore our workout consists of the most efficient exercises.
Will I get results?
- Yes if you follow the workout program we guarantee a body transformation

- No, but you have 1-week free access to all plans and the plans can be cancelled at any time. We do not even ask for a credit card.

Why do you have high-intensity sessions and isn’t it dangerous?
- High-intensity interval training (HIIT) have grown extremely popular the latest 10 years and science continue to find a lot of benefits from these kinds of workouts. High-intensity training is not more dangerous than any other kind of exercise. However, as any kind of physical activity, a medical check is recommended prior to start and mandatory for people with a known disease. Furthermore, a good warmup and cooldown are important when working out with HIIT. Here are some examples of the benefits:
- HIIT is short - normally not more than 10 minutes
- HIIT creates an afterburner - meaning that your metabolism stays high up to 48 hours after the workout.
- HIIT will help you to loose fat without loosing muscles
- HIIT is extremely efficient for improving your anaerobic & aerobic fitness
- HIIT is extremely efficient for improving: Blood pressure, cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity & cholesterol profiles
Why do you have strength sessions? Do I want to look a bodybuilder?
- Muscles are extremely important for your body and we build them up for two main reasons:
- Strong muscles gives you a good posture and helps you to avoid injuries and any other issues towards your locomotor system
- Muscles helps to boost your metabolism - more muscles will help you with keeping a good weight as the body burns more calories
Why do you have running sessions? I can't run.
- The beginner plan does not have running. 
However, at FitsMe me we believe in a limited amount of running do to:
- Running is extremely efficient for improving your aerobic fitness
- Running is extremely efficient for improving your stamina
What about stretching and mobility?
- We have videos on stretching and mobility routines
What about nutrition?
